Ryan Alarcon, a fourth grader at Bolton, beat AML Leukemia when he was only three years old. Unfortunately on Christmas Eve, 2016, he was diagnosed with it again and is now undergoing chemotherapy and getting ready for a bone marrow transplant. Big sister Mia is a 6th grader at Sutton. He has a heart of gold and is an all-star baseball player. One of his parents must be with him in the hospital day and night, which takes its toll on jobs and family. Check out some ways you can help below:
- ATTEND "Kick Cancer" Youth Kickball Tournament at the Smyrna Little League fields on February 11th. FOLLOW Ryan's Facebook page for updates and to learn about other ways you can help.
- VISIT Ryan's Online Fundraising Page and make a donation.
- SEND a SmileGram to Ryan. They're delivered to his door every morning and he loves to get them. Currently, he's at the Egleston campus in room 4126, but be sure to check FB to see if he has changed rooms.
- SEND a meal to the Alarcon family
