News from the Nest - February 12th

News from the Nest

Calling all parents, we need you!  Our GO team and PTA have spots that will need to be filled for the 2018-2019 year. It is extremely important that we have parents’ perspective and input to ensure we are #BoltonStrong.  Please consider being a part of these parent groups.  For more information, read below in the Hoot.

I am hoping you all had the opportunity to meet with your teachers during parent-teacher conference week. If you did not get a chance, please reach out to your teacher and set up a time. These conferences help you understand the progress your child has made and allows you to ask your teacher important questions. If you ever feel that you need additional information or questions answered about data or procedures, please feel free to reach out to me or Ms. Strickling.

Did you see my tweet about the AttenDance?  This past Friday, we were able to recognize our perfect attendance students for the first 9 weeks of the semester with a You Dance party and yummy snacks. The students had a great time! We love to recognize our students and appreciate our parents ensuring that their children are at school and ready to learn.

Please also remember instruction begins at 8:00 am sharp! Carpool students will need to be in line by 7:55. We will not allow students to come in the back doors at 8:00 am. Those students will need to go to the front and be buzzed into the building.  If you have any questions, please reach out.

Also, if you have not gotten your ticket for SOFi's Night Charity Auction (benefiting Bolton) on Saturday, March 10, please do so. I can’t wait for the event and would love to be able to see you there. Ms. Strickling and I will be there enjoying our families!  For more information, read below in the Hoot.

Finally, please note that we are out of school all next week (February 19 - 23) for our Winter Break.  We hope you all have a wonderful break!
