Important Information from Ms. Scharff and Ms. Strickling

It’s Winter Break time!  I hope everyone is enjoying the break and gets some much deserved rest.  When we return, we only have 13 weeks left of school.  I want to encourage everyone to read and/or use the online tools through MyBackpack to keep up with our learning.  If you have Twitter and your child works on any educational work, tag me in your tweet!  Can’t wait to see all the learning happening over break!
I want to say a thank you to everyone that has been diligent with having their children here and in their classroom by 8:00 am.  I am very impressed with how responsive the community has been.  Let's keep up the good work!

Also, we are in need of a café monitor. This is a paid position with daily hours of 10:30 am to 12:45 pm.  If you want longer hours, I can work with you.  If you are interested please reach out to me and feel free to spread the word to anyone who may be interested.

We also want you to mark your calendar for March 16 for our Bolton Academy Showcase. All teachers will be showcasing student work from their IB units of study. I am very excited to see all the students’ hard work, critical thinking, and creativity.

Finally, please see the attached letter from Mrs. Strickling that went home with students last week.  It contains very important information, so please read!  (English | Espanol)
