New From the Nest - April 16th

We had a great week last week - from all the students learning in the classroom to parents attending Parent Empowerment Night.

First grade enjoyed a "High Touch, High Tech" in-school field trip, where they explored plants and which aligned perfectly with their IB units. The students thoroughly enjoyed the hands-on experience and used all 5 senses to explore plants. Thank you SOFi for sponsoring this program!

Third through fifth graders have been working diligently on their writing, ensuring they are ready for the big test, Georgia Milestones (GMAS), coming up next week. We are very proud of all the students as they are growing into critical thinkers.

Thank you to all the families who attended our Spring Parent Empowerment Night and general PTA meeting. It makes me so happy to see parents involved.  But, we still need you!  We need two parents to be co-presidents of the PTA. You will have a great board to work with and will work closely with me and Ms. Strickling. This is a great opportunity to partner with the school and #BeTheChange!  If you would like to volunteer, please reach out to the PTA.

Finally, congrats to our Students of the Month for March. We are very proud of you and appreciate your leadership at Bolton. You help make Bolton a great place to learn!
